Infact drugs wasn't even raking In money back then as alcohol did...drug trafficking was a new thing and was banned amongst the mafia family only few people back then tried hands on it. But Capone definitely did not indulge in drug trafficking. If you are talking about the pioneers of drug trafficking in America call bumpy Johnson of the numbers gang and frank Lucas...this was around the early 50s-70s. Capone's era was in the prohibition era in the 20s - 30s
