I have been getting estimated.bills for d pass 5 years which has now accumulated to over 300k I had written several petitions against this estimated billing without getting a favourable feedback.Meanwhile I have been merticulously calculating my billings by myself by always subtracting Previous reading from Current reading and then always calculating it with VAT.Also all my bills dating back 5years are still intact which ofcourse are riddled with estimated billings.I had an arrangement previously that they wud be subtracting my current payments from the said gigantic amount on my bill till it is liquidated.But now they have made a U-turn threatening to disconnect me if I refuse to be paying at least 20k monthly (for area wen u hardly have light ).So am contemplating suing them peeps in the house what's ur take....shld I go ahead.

Because they are supposed to help you fix the problem. Don't know o. Maybe consult a legal professional so that he can look into it
