Why Did Payoneer Deduct Such Huge Amount From Me. by raphemmanuel(m): 10:18am On Aug 09, 2023
Good morning fellow nairalanders,
Hope you all are having a wonderful day.
I don't really understand what I saw on my Payoneer dashboard when I login.

I kept some funds on my Payoneer account, only to noticed that Payoneer deducted approximately $30 from my account as Annual Account Fee

Abeg which one is annual account fee again. This same Payoneer has always been removing some percentage from each fund I received.
I don't have any Payoneer Debit card attached to this account, why will the deduct such huge amount of money cry cry in the name of annual account fee.

Who have experienced this before, does it really happen and am ignorant of it.
I have been using this Payoneer account since 2018 and I have not experience such.
Why were the doing this, or was it a new policy that I'm not aware of.

You left some money in your account, who has been securing it for you?

Why didn't you transfer all the money when you got it?

I guess that's why you were charged.

Any money that enters my Payoneer acc, I transfer to the local bank immediately.

the reason why I left it there was due to the rapid increase of dollar rate to naira.

Payoneer has plenty fees these days. They deducted the annual account fee because you have received less than 2000USD in the past 12 months. If this is not the case, then reach out to their customer support.
