Why is there dead silence from ex president Buhari? He proudly and arrogantly said he will move to Niger if any body 'borders' him after leaving office. Why is he not concern about his 'second country' being in flames?

He knows his efforts will be worthless!
He is the most unfit and unqualified person to mediate in a manner as this.
@OP don't forget we are talking about Democracy here and military coup led by juntas.

How do you expect Buhari who was a junta himself to stop another junta? Evil begets Evil!! Asides from being a former junta, Buhari's performance as a democratically elected president is the worst in the whole of Africa. He should hold a Guinness world Record for this. Apart from the woos his government brought to Nigerians, he committed an uncivilized coup by ensuring that he handed over power to someone who never won an election. His anti democratic idiosyncrasies qualifies him as military junta he ever is, and not different from the Nigerien coup plotters.

I told people that Buhari will be lost and forgotten after few months. Obasanjo and GEJ will forever be remembered for their enviable qualities as Nationalists. The same way the world will continue to celebrate them. Sometimes we do things right for posterity to judge.

It is quite surprising given that tinubu sent Abdulsalami instead of Buhari while Buhari was nesting in Katsina
It was that same week that APC has their NEC which he also failed to attend

Buhari left aso rock in a hurry.
It is possible he got fed up of all the burden associated with leadership.
At a time, he even referred to his supporters as worse than the cows he rears.
So i'm not supprised about his silent stance sofar on the situation in niger.

Tinubu is the front for buhari.
Tinubu is working hard and can even go into war to reinstate buhari´s friend back as president.

Which intervention did he do before seeking for power in Nigeria ? His only intervention was to seek for power, and after getting it an messing up with it, he has gone back to default.

I swear to God grin!

And if Ecowas bothers him too much, he'll travel to London and send Osinbajo to be attending summits with plenty grammar, while Abubakar Malami and Garba Shehu will be running Nigeria in his absence.

A vegetable like buhari lacks the brain to add anything to nation development. It was the bunch of criminals the vegetable gave appointments that were ruling

That's how you gave excuses for Bubu for 8yrs until Nigeria was completely ruined. When GEJ was VP to Yaradua, he mediated Niger Delta amnesty because he is from there and understand them better. Bubu's second home is Niger and they regard him so if anybody could break through, he should be the one but his incompetence won't allow him. Didn't Emir Sanusi go there?
