I believe past presidents starting from Obasanjo till Buhari saw reasons to retain that ministry. I am suprised that it is missing from the current list of ministerial portfolios been circulated currently. |

kokoA: I remember when they were selling NDDC Contracts here on Nairaland. A monkey would register a company, go to NDDC, the idiots in NDDC would award a contract to that company, then the monkey would sell the company to anyone interested in pursuing the NDDC for payment. A baboon would now buy the company, sort out community, sort out NDDC, those ones would sign completion certificate and pay the baboon who bought the company. They were selling such here on Nairaland.
