WHAT AN IRONY OF LIFE?

Do you know that the only tree a monkey cannot climb is the banana tree.

Paradoxically, banana is what monkey likes the most. This implies that anytime banana is found in the hand of a monkey, it is most likely a gift from someone. The question is, why then can't Monkey climb banana tree, but can climb the tallest trees in the forest? Hence, the phrase "Who dash monkey banana?" was coined.

This little analogy is full of divine message to the right thinking human being. In the journey of life, there are several things you like but will never be achieved unless you are given by God Almighty. Therefore, it is not of him that willeth or of him that runneth but of God that showeth Mercy.

May His mercy continue to abide in, and with everyone of us forever.

Good morning, children of God and happy weekend.
oga monkey go climb banana tree with no stress

NNPC is repairing its refineries, and BUA is building a refinery, and there are 3-4 other extant private refineries, in additon to Dangote, which is the biggest.

NNPC has to repair its refineries. It has no choice. No subsidy, no free money.
u don't need money to pay for subsidy...

wat happened to oil swap in place of paying cash instead for subsidy?

Dis ppl are lying to us & killing us
Re: No Customs Duty And VAT On CNG Conversion Kits Imports – Ngelale by Ofunaofu: 8:27am On Aug 20, 2023
A serious government should have put all these things on ground and also ensured that at least one refinery is working at full capacity before thinking of removing subsidy on petrol

1.We were doing oil swap under Buhari...which was so opaque and wuru wuru ridden.

2.Also, ye kinda need to pay money for subsidy. A key part of subsidy payments for example is the brdiging costs paid to transporters to compensate them for transporting fuel at a loss...this cost was why under subsidy the price of PMS was equal whether in Lagos, Enugu, Kano or Yola.

3.Also, NNPC brings in the fuel at a certain price, called landing cost, and sells to market at a price lower than the landing cost. Government too had to pay NNPC (AND before 2016, any other company that was importing the petrol) compensation to cover the resulting loss.

4. Seriously subsidy costs a lot of money either way.

5.Even with oil swap, government still has to pay the people bringing out oil...at market price.

6. Swap polices are a nice way of losing money.

Depends on the area you live in.

Band A people get 18-24 hours power supply, but they pay higher per kwh. Bands D, gets 6 hours power supply.

You're right. I bought 55 liters of petrol on May 25 before Tinubu and petrol wahala, and I have only used about 15 liters till date. I get about 22-24hr power everyday. Strange when people complain about electricity.

Am pro CNG. CNG news is not a new stories in Nigerian airwaves . Buhari and Osibanjo's Aides mouthed this in the early phase of their second tenure in 2019. Nothing come out of it. Trust deficit is very low . Why put CNG utilization date to last quarter of 2024. Dey whyne us. Why not Now .

CNG should be now with all our resources.

1.That's where you have to get up and do something called holding accountable.

2.Subsidy by itself is a corrupt thing...and easily lends itself to corruption...because at the end, petrol is sold at a loss, and to pay for the loss, free government money is thrown in, which is where the corruption arises.

Meanwhile, GSM companies, hotels, foodstuff and so forth are sold at a profit. You don't hear of any similar corruption there.

3. I don't trust this APC government, they are already showing signs of bringing back subsidy, and the corruption. But if they maintain the course, and refineries get built...generous tax breaks to said refienries could help bring down fuel prices, just not to N200 and below per liter. Salaries for refinery workers, and the crude, must be paid for.

Nothing is cheap, not even fuel. You don't have to like it.

See your mouth. Obi pleaded with the masses not to take law into their hands. Make him go instigate the masses and see how he will spend years in prison for treason.
