Farmers who are given lands play mustly just surpervision role with less labour because the state and locals government helps with the farming process thereby making farming attractive
HOW MONEY SPENT BY STATE GOVERNMENT DURING THE FARMING PROCESS IS RECOVERED
The State Government buys this product from the farms and selling to the federal government there by making the money spent on the process
