I was in Lagos yesterday morning and 9mobile was out of service, I had a meeting with some clients in Abuja, immediately I landed in Abuja the bolt driver told me that his 9mobile data have not been working throughout the day. Nigerian network providers should learn how to train tech support talents on how to troubleshoot problems in minutes not a whole day. |
