Role Summary

Manage and regulate internal company policies, codes of behaviour, and ethics.
Deal with noncompliance circumstances by taking action and developing realistic plans to overcome them.
Communicate with staff and ensure that they are adhering to internal and external laws and regulations.
Create and administer control systems to address incidents of internal corporate policy violations.
Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as received complaints or investigation results.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related discipline is required.
A minimum of three years’ experience as an HR Compliance Officer is required.
Maintain current knowledge of federal and state legislation related to the organisation and update policies as needed.
Should live in Lekki-Ajah or its vicinity.
