Job Summary

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Analysis:

Devise and execute strategic plans to elevate organizational performance and accomplish business objectives.
Analyze data and metrics to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing processes and boosting efficiency.
Analyze both digital and non-digital sales data to generate forecasts.
Analyze collection data to attain and sustain financial and customer advantages and develop improved approaches to drive collections.

Proactive Issue Anticipation:

Foresee potential sales and collections-related challenges and obstacles in advance, taking proactive steps to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues prior to escalation.
