QUALIFICATION:
• Degree in Accounting, economics, supply chain management or any related course.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy.
• Sound numeracy and computer skills.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

JOB SCHEDULE
1. Responsible for preparing the purchase orders, receiving, and storing the goods.
2. Managing the stock levels and giving out the inventories from the stock.
3. Maintaining the stock records by entering them into computer systems and also on the record book.
4. Checking the supply invoices with the purchase orders as well as ensuring the correct and timely valuation of the inventory.
5. Preparing reports on adjustments made to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc.
6. Undertake periodic stock-taking to report surplus or obsolete stock.
7. To maintain a record of receipts as well as the issuance of items going out of the storehouse to ensure accuracy and completeness.
8. Reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system.
9. To oversee the arrangement of goods in an orderly system within the store for easy storage and retrieval whenever required.
10. Ensures that the stocks stay physically protected in the storehouse.
11. To be involved in direct supervision and managing procedures of offloading, packing and unpacking process.
