The Law and every Court case is about FACTS and SPECIFICATIONS.

If they had stated the Polling Units, Number of acredited voters, number of those who casted their votes that day, Ward, LGA, and State etc it would have made the case valid.

Is it that the Lawyers don't know what they're doing or they know and only wanted to try their luck undecided

Recently, I lost huge amount of money and I can't take it up because I don't have evidence other done what I scribbled on my note which wouldn't proof anything.

Nna mehn, Atiku & Obi should not bother going to the supreme court. They should just count their losses and move on.

2027 is another year to give the Presidency project a shot.

Tinubu is already planning for 2027 while the losers are still crying over 2023. How then can they ever catch up with a future planner?

make una rest the tribunal is obviously bias imagine you dismissing a report which was published and authenticated by EU just because it was not presented by an EU official, so by the tribunals logic if I am asked to present my school certificate or my medical record in the court of law it would not be admitted because it was not presented by my doctor or the Vice chancellor, how does this make sense?

This is the most easiest presidential election petition ever. No wonder Wole Olanipekun didn't take much time over it..

Lamba Nanu and his charge & bail lawyers are comedians..

APC people boasted online all the presidential campaign time that Tinubu uninfluenced the appointments of most of the senior judges in Nigeria's court today.

Olanipekun knew that; he knew it was a walkover for him in the courts.
But the grave of democracy in Nigeria is being dug. Who will go to vote again in Nigeria?

This is the height of mockery supplied by these judges to the public to put them to ridicule. An EU Report which is available online, does it matter who submitted the Report to the Tribunal?

Even if EU had rendered it, they will still reject it, everything they are saying does not make sense.

At least, they would have stood a better chance to proof it to the court because that's what's important.

In this case, LP's lawyers should have joined them in the case to come and testify.

I'm thinking Obi's Lawyers worked for the APC. I don't see why they didn't lay all these bare for Obi and leave him to choose. They all acted as trainees.

I hope you remember how INEC deliberately frustrated the petitioners when they tried to get required documents and evidences to prove their case?

Seriously,? State poliing units, accredited voters and all that with INEC playing that hide and seek game?

Well, the blame alone isn't on this judiciary, even INEC, police, everyone in this country is a joke.

Nigeria will never have another free election again. This is Buhari's legacy, selling the country to Tinubu in exchange for winning in 2015.

These people are a coordinated propaganda group paid to try and shape and manipulate public opinions.
Look at the "likes" on their posts, you see how it majorly corresponds with the likes on the "pro obi" posts. If on any topic, a pro obi commenter makes a post and it gets 20 likes, you see that the pro-apc posts will get that very same range. 15-25 likes.
Please more people should speak up about this seeing as Seun is not tackling this adequately.

The earlier you accept that Obi was scammed by his lawyers the better for you. The judges made Obi's lawyers look like charge and bail lawyers with detailed explanation of Obi's lawyers' gaps.

I don't think Obi should have challenged the results in the first place if this was the calibre of lawyers that were going to represent him.

Keep deceiving yourself. I have never collected a dime from any politician not to talk of Tinubu. I was indifferent with political matter until Igbo turn election to Igbo vs Yoruba. They labelled Obi who left APGA for PDP and to LP a saint. They made him appear like a saint as if he is not one of those politicians we used to curse together. Hence, we stood up for uprightness. Tinubu is not a saint, neither is he holy but Obi is never a saint or messiah as you present him. So continue with your lamentation.

EU gave over 130 Million Euros and has every right to make a white paper about the election

They have every right to write a report but the report should have been tendered by the author. This is what the court is saying - otherwise it is third party hearsay. You cannot be cross examined on a document you did not write.
