Recall that Happie Boiz made news in June after they called out the clergyman who sent them on scholarship to Cyprus. They claimed the clergyman abandoned them in the foreign land and that he gave them money for the first six months after arriving in Cyprus and had since stopped assisting them financially. Reacting to their allegation, Pastor Ugochinyere said it became a problem to continue sending them money because of the economy and exchange rate. He suggested that they transfer their studies to Nigeria or a neighbouring African country. He also stated that he had paid for their tickets to fly out of Cyprus. The men in their response said they would not be returning to Nigeria and went on to taunt the clergyman. In a new video shared on their page this afternoon September 7, Happie Boiz said things aren't going well for them in Cyprus and asked the clergyman to forgive them. They said that they were ready to fly to Nigeria to apologize personally if the pastor wished. 2 Shares
