The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar and flagbearer of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi have lost three days to appeal the judgement of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.

Lying to your supporters than you won when you clearly lost is the very definition of disrespect.

That is not the point here. The judges said they'd give them the judgement the next day so they can begin the process of filing their appeal. Three days and you've not given them.

This is against due process. Your narrow minded does not see how this is what is obtainable in our society. You apply for transcripts to be sent to foreign schools where you're seeking admission. The school says it will be sent in one week but one month later, they've not sent it and you miss the admission.

Not following due process affects everybody eventually

Secondly, Obi/LP have Obi's total votes from the situation room were the collate the results given to them by the LP agents from each polling units. Clearly, this results from LP's own polling agents show that they lost the election otherwise, why didn't LP/Obi present it at the tribunal?

How can you claim to win an election and when you were given the opportunity to prove it with evidence, you say you're just asking for disqualification?

The answer to each of these questions is an EMPHATIC YES.

Which means that Peter Obi has the total votes he scored in each state. If this total is enough to win the election Peter Obi and his lawyers would have presented it in court. They did NOT! Which means the total votes based our LP's own agents is NOT enough to make Peter Obi the president.

This is logical deduction based on facts. Not assumptions.
