2. Content Assignment: Distribute assignments appropriately to our team of content creators, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and objectives, using excel spreadsheet.
3. Content Review: Critically evaluate the content submitted, ensuring it meets our rigorous quality standards. Identify and mark content that falls short of these standards for revisions.
4. Video Analysis: Thoroughly view and evaluate video content, ensuring alignment with our message and audience expectations.
5. Content Categorization: Group content into specific categories for streamlined access and distribution, making it user-friendly for our audience.

1. Hiring and Recruitment: Oversee the talent recruitment and hiring process, ensuring the right talent is onboarded.
2. Employment Practices: Ensure CreddyPensMedia remains compliant with all employment laws and best practices.
3. Consultation: Offer expert HR advice to management, aiding in the optimization of team structures and roles.
4. Training and Development: Identify and facilitate training opportunities to enhance employee skill sets.
5. Performance Management: Establish and oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in an editorial role, preferably in a media setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Compensation:

The chosen candidate will receive a monthly salary of #70,000. In addition to the base salary, an additional #10,000 will be provided monthly for data subscription, bringing the total compensation to #80,000 per month. Other benefits and perks will be discussed during the interview process.
