Hi guys. Pls I'm looking for advice on what next to do concerning this issue because I'm slowly running out of options. I was originally posted to a private school in a main city from the South-south. But I detest teaching jobs. I have neither the skills nor the passion or patience for teaching. I'm more inclined to journalism as a practice. I was lucky enough to find a media house that will take me and I've developed good rapport with them such that they granted me a request letter to give to NYSC. The issue now is that the principal at my original PPA has refused to reject me, saying that they've never rejected corpers and that it will affect their school because NYSC will think they're not serious and no longer send corpers to them. This man is very adamant about this. Worst of all, he is the son of the proprietress and therefore the defacto owner of the school. I can't approach my LGI because he's a very rude man and he even knows the principal. My only hope is the Zonal Inspector but I'm afraid he'll still ask me to get a rejection letter. It's not going to be easy for me to forge a signature because like I said, the principal and the LGI know themselves. I know the LGI doesn't really have a say when it comes to PPA but anything can happen. What is worse is that the organization I want to serve in has already given the green light and are waiting for my response. I'm devastated and confused on what next to do.
