Bank 1: I was debited in March 2023 after making purchase with my ATM at a Point of Sale. My bank gave me 7 working days but till date nothing yet after several mails to remind them.

Bank 2: I tried to make a withdrawal in early December 2022 at two ATM machines but the machines had no cash and I was debited. My bank gave me 14 working days. I've been to the bank for about four times plus series of mails.

From 7 working days now going to 7 months and from 14 working days now more than 9 months.
Bankers in the house, how do you guys count your working days?

How did you get your money back if you had same predicament as mine?

I lost about 50k during that period, I have sent several mails but they don't answer me anymore. I have resigned to faith because I don't have time to be going to the bank every week
