Recently I heard whenever you mix honey with hot water it turns to a polymer(a form of plastic) which is toxic if injested. is it true? |

I'm not sure about that, but in ayurvedic medicine, they say once you cook honey, it becomes poison. In other words, the potency of honey🍯lies in it rawness. |

salamk: It's not true OP. I use honey in my hot cup of beverage every morning, in fact it's better and highly nutritious than sugar. What it does is immediately you pour the Honey into the hot cup of water, if it's the original one, it goes and sinks at the bottom of the cup and once you stir it, it dissolves. Like I said earlier, it's highly nutritious, healthier and better than ordinary sugar and the taste, the taste is out of this world, yummy!!😋😋 |
