Chief Mmaduaburochukwu Christopher Attah, the Chairman of ABU MMADUABUROCHUKWU GROUP OF COMPANIES and Founder of ABU Mmaduaburochukwu Foundation, in commemoration of his 38th birthday, paid unscheduled visits to the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital, Amaku Awka; Amawbia Correction Services (Prison), Amawbia; and the Central Police Station Awka.

Chief Attah, during the visits, which were in keeping with his age-long tradition of celebrating his birthday, gave medication and food were necessary, settle the hospital bills of random patients, facilitates release of some prisoners, etc; all in appreciation and thanksgiving for God’s mercies and kindness.

At the teaching hospital, Amaku Awka, Chief Attah and volunteers from the foundation were received by the management, who took him round the male and female wards of the hospital to identify and celebrate his birthday with the sick and bring some bit of succour to them.

Chief Attah thereafter proceeded to the Correction Services, where he equally identified and celebrated his birthday with the prisoners, who sang birthday songs for him, wishing him long life, peace and prosperity.

Touched by the plight of some of the inmate, chief Mmaduaburochukwu, went on to facilitate the release of Master Chibuzor Mmaduekpona from Ugbenu, Awka North. Chief Attah had promised to ensure that he is well taken care and made to learn a skill to be productive, at the expense of the foundation.

From prison, Chief Attah concluded the visits at the Central Police Station Awka, where him and his team were received by the DPO, SP Leela Vena Chuks, who expressed enthusiasm towards the numerous achievements recorded by the foundation. As it is with his kind of human, Chief Attah, went on to bail some inmates, numbering about six.

Addressing them, Chief Mmaduaburochukwu Attah, thanked God for attaining 38 years and urged those whose lives have veen of the home to always remember him in prayers, assuring them of his commitment to the progress of Awka North and wellbeing of it's people.
