Job positions:

1. Job position: Finance and Account Officer
Salary: N150,000

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and review financial records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws.
• Prepare budgets regularly.
• Monitor expenditure and profits and providing reports.
• Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made.
Requirements:
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field.
• 3 - 5 years of related experience working for an FMCG company.
• Related experience preparing budgets will be an added advantage.

2. Job position: Store Officer
Salary: N150,000

Responsibilities:
• Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet quality and quantity specifications. Verify shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Process internal and external orders for goods, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of items. Coordinate with relevant departments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Conduct regular physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
Requirements:
• Minimum of Second-Class Upper Credit in supply chain management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in store management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.


3. Job Position: Compliance Officer
Salary: N150,000

Responsibilities:
• Assess the organization's compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Establish and execute a compliance monitoring program to detect and prevent violations.
• Collaborate with internal audit teams to review and assess compliance controls.
• Participate in internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance measures.
Requirements:
• Minimum of Second-Class Upper Credit in business, law, finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) are a plus.


4. Job Position: Risk Officer
Salary: N150,000

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to incidents and breaches, initiating appropriate corrective actions.
• Investigate and document incidents, identifying root causes and preventive measures.
• Maintain incident records and ensure proper reporting to regulatory authorities when necessary.
• Continuously monitor the risk landscape, identifying emerging risks and trends.
• Conduct risk assessments and stress tests to evaluate the resilience of the organization.
Requirements:
• Minimum of Second-Class Upper Credit in in finance, business, risk management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) are a plus.

5. Job Position: Quantity Surveyor
Salary: N150,000

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage project costs to ensure adherence to budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and addressing cost overruns promptly.
• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from architectural and engineering drawings to facilitate accurate pricing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant construction industry standards, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend suitable contractors.
• Identify and propose value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality or functionality.
• Valuation and inspection of completed work.


Requirements:
• B.Sc./HND Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

6. Job Position: ICT Manager
Salary: N250,000

Responsibilities:
• Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
• Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
• Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
• Test, troubleshoot and adjust information systems to operate effectively.
• Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups.
• Implement security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
• Not less than 5 years of proven Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.

7. Job Position: Agric Officer
Salary: N150,000

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with administrators and research project leaders on work plans and programs.
• Make recommendations for improvements, land preparation, fertilizing, planting crops, cultivation, and harvesting of experimental feed plots.
• Inspect nurseries and other units; confer with and advise project leaders on problems; requisitions equipment and materials; approves work schedules.
• Supervise all operations of one of the larger and more complex institutional farms.
Execute the assignment of duties such as the planting, cultivation, water management, and harvesting of crops to ensure productivity goals are met.
Train workers in planting, harvesting, pest control, insect and disease identification, and in the use of safety measures.
Maintain knowledge of equipment efficiency and its operation.
Ensure all farm equipment is working safely & properly.
Observes workers to spot inefficient and unsafe work procedures and initiates corrective action if necessary.

9. Job Position: Cost Accountant
Salary: N150,000

Responsibilities:
• Analyze product, production, and operational costs to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Assist in the development of cost allocation methodologies.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the cost accounting function.
• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline financial processes and increase efficiency.

Requirements:
• B.Sc./HND Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant courses with 3-5 years proven experience. (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).

10. Job Position: Electrical Technician

Responsibilities:
• Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical controls, panels, wiring and lighting system.

11. Job Position: Land Surveyor
Salary: N150,000

Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking using the latest surveying equipment and technology.
• Accurately measure distances, angles, elevations, and landmarks to create precise survey data.
• Research and review existing survey records, land titles, and legal documents to verify property boundaries and land ownership.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plats that comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to provide survey data for project planning and development.

Requirements:
• B.Sc./HND Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in conducting land surveys/in the field.
• Proficiency in using Total Stations, GPS equipment, and surveying.

12. Job Position: HR Officer
Salary: N150,000

Responsibilities:

• To provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.
• Handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operation of HR processes.
• Performing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, records management, benefits and general administration.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and ensuring work tools and necessary access is available prior to resumption
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Requirements:
• B.Sc./HND Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an area of specialization – administration, logistics etc.
