How can some one call you for work, you give him quotation, you guys bargain till you arrive at a final price. He gives you advance payment with a promise to give you your balance after you have completed the work. You started the work and finish it only for the owner to start avoiding you/stop picking your call. This kind thing dey make man kill pesin oh!
