Hello everyone, I use this Huawei Y6 Prime 2019. I have been using it perfectly with Whatsapp maximally functional, until recently when Whatsapp demanded for its usual Upgrade which I did. Then, after upgrading, trying to log on back my phone number, it would refuse to send the Confirmation SMS 6 digits number, telling me, wrong phone number. Please anyone help out, I ve reinstalled severally, even formatting the phone. All same.

This is a general issues, not only you facing it. It happened with the recent WhatsApp update. WhatsApp teams need to address it and fix this. It happening on selected old phones |

Think it's an issue from Whatsapp not from your phone alone, happened to my neighbors own today, till closing hour still didn't work. |

Adewale1603:OH OK. This thing has been since last week o. I've nt been able to access my whatsapp. So so bad. Whatsapp really need to adresss the issues. I ve sent them messages to support. They keep replying with these their robotic replies, check your network, check your phone number, bla bla, bla.. |
