However, you may find this hard to believe but there is nothing to fear. A very competent CBN governor will arrest the Naira's fall and inflation spiral.

Tinubu has a history of appointing very competent technocrats and I am sure this will be no different. He should however hurry up!

The worst hit are those who have invested in real estate rental business in Non CBD districts of major nigerian states and cities, We cannot adjust our price to match the free falling naira rates, Hotels are still collecting 9000 and burning the entire money on diesel. Same with house rent if you increase the price, people cannot afford it, no one comes. The high paying people are only willing to pay high amounts at CBD locations, even they are unable to keep up as the high prices are sending some of their customers to lower hotels.

If want liquidate and sell, people will be calling prices from 2019. even though the dollar is three times lower.
