o- A Chartered Accountant with FRC number; MBA or CPA is an added advantage.
o 10 - 13 years work experience years of progressive experience in finance, leadership roles, preferably in a relevant industry.Must have good written and oral communication skills
o Age range: 30 - 40 (may vary).
o Applicants must have worked with a stockbroking firm
Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to
non-financial stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.- Experience with financial systems and ERP software.

Basic Salary
N300,000 -350,000/ month.

Go to any top hotel or restaurant and ask the manager you want to work free so you can learn and be trained..tell them you will pay to be taught the skills u are interested in..do it for a year.. congratulations

This is the problem with companies, now they want experience but the pay is so low. Even if you have the experience they will claim probation or one excuse or the other and they day of increments never comes.


Volunteering for experience is not a new thing. I have done it before. You could have just guided the young man. He may be more capable and determined than several of these experienced folks.


That's how my boss brought in experience to manage business when he was travelling out. Na me begin teach experience work despite earning much less. Now experience has left, I'm doing the work of experience, my work and also the teaching the in-experienced he's always threatening to sack yet no improvement in renumeration.


I didn't ask that question to bring the organization down.
