Is It Offensive When Older Women Appear To Maintain Themselves? by purples25(f): 8:12pm On Oct 18, 2023
This question is especially to the youth. I noticed some young ladies or lads get mad when they see older women trying to maintain themselves. They mock these women, they call attention to their older features and ridicule them severely.

My question is, is there anything bad in an older woman primping up herself? Why are so many young people filled with bile when they see an older woman trying to maintain her style?

My mind wondered and I thought about it. Is it that older women should walk around wearing 'papa adieu' shirts and wrappers? Are good hairstyles and clothes only the birthright of younger women? Do young people feel it is only their right and never that of older women to look good and smart?

I watched a video on YouTube where an older lady with a very youthful look was addressing her attackers, who seemed mad at her for looking 33 at 47 years old or so. It's so weird to me, like a cult movement. I wonder why young women, even young MEN, will have their focus and so much anger directed towards a well maintained older woman. They just spark into rages insulting and mentioning how old the woman is, or her flaws. What crime has been committed then?

That's one problem I have with older women, inferiority complex dey worry them. No one cares whether you primp yourself or not as no group of people have monopoly for looking good.

Young sweet virgin girls are not the reason you're not getting too much attention from men. Don't transfer your aggression on innocent sweet damsels.

God bless all young sweet virgin Nigerian girls. kiss kiss

Have you never heard that some people are jealous of others or just plain stupid?

It might explain the behaviour of some so their stupidity is pitied instead.

Nothing bad in an older woman or man primping themselves.
So long the dress/shirts fits appropriately.

If no one cares then why are the older good looking women faced with so much hate and attacks from younger people?

Thank you. The deep show of hatred made it necessary for your opinion... I just needed some sane people to reconfirm.

Lol it's normal, they don't think they will get old some day. Except maybe the person is dressed or makeup weirdly I don't see anything wrong or I don't see why he or she should care what others think of them.
