NO, because it's a huge time sink you could be spending on something much more valuable -- learning a new skill, taking a class, painting pictures, taking care of a pet, learning a new game, enjoying time with friends. It can also cause unnecessary stress, because typically religion and personal beliefs are something one is heavily invested in, which means that waiting for an answer to your heartfelt posts can be extremely stressful and cause bad habits and even more wasted time refreshing sites and checking message boards
