stress I mean stress, try get alot of rest

It's either stress or old age but mostly caused by stress.
Im 33years and grey don full my hair too, i do apply dye monthly.
Avoid stress and stop thinking.

These days, age had nothing to do with gray hair unlike before

Gray will start coming early depending on done unknown factors
