In the screenshot document did you see any yacht there? Where do they get the information from? If the Navy request additional ship, does that translates to buying yacht? I thought the information the information first flying about is #5b to maintain a presidential yacht. What do people gain in lies? Is it because people hardly read again?

Someone was saying on another thread that the 'Presidential Yacht' belongs to the Navy, and I suppose he meant appropriate for apprehending crude oil thieves since those villains are about richer than Nigeria and need to sail to jail in luxury.
