Just because you have a white skin and bear the doctor title does not necessarily mean you are a competent doctor and is brilliant.
Every scientist,not even necessarily a doctor should know and appreciate what is called a study;you use scientific facts or pathology of a disease and a facts based study to arrive at any theory.
She used neither from her own study or any study from a medical or scientific journal,just based it on what she feels or maybe even just her dislike of MouthAction.
That makes her a poor doctor because the science and study does not support any claim to such.
Even using just ordinary study and conclusion thereof:if MouthAction has that high a risk for oral cancer,then there would not just be high number of cases but an epidemic of it.
None are present.
Conclusion:white skin,doctor title but a not so competent doctor.

Where is your own scientific study to say otherwise?

I used a practical,study sample,though rough:that if MouthAction is that much a contributor to oral cancer,then by extrapolation,the number of people that have oral cancer may not just be high but in pandemic proportions:at least 30%(being very conservative)of men between 16-45 who have sex indulge in MouthAction,there should this be a corresponding increase in cases reported.
Use another rough study guide:visit the teaching or specialist Hospitals or get a rough form of their data if possible and see the percentage of cases that present that are diagnosed as oral cancers.
