Only nation in the world that it's citizens hates it's culture, spirituality and carry that of their oppressors and colonials on their head...Nigerians burn shrines, but donate their money for pastors and imams to build the biggest mosques and churches Fake pastors everywhere, and Nigerians actually love them that way. Only nation in the world that actively prays and works to destroy it's currency, for their selfish gains Only political class in the world that eats fat, buy jeeps with billions and claim nation is broke, begging China and IMF for loans. One of the few crude, gas, and carbon producing nation in the world that imports more than 80% of gasoline and diesel. Only nation in the world, where the people can not see the connection between their greed and the gross criminality destroying the land. Only nation in the world where you have almajiris, a big problem of northern Nigeria affecting the south. How will you say a child should grow up without training or system of earning a living, and expect the child to beg all his life. Almajiris now are in Southern Nigeria causing problems, constituting out there, we all see it, this trend must be looked into, because almajiri system is backward and unfair on the people it's being meted out on...we have to fight for their rights to dignity and a good life. We need to think right, and build this nation, it's not enough to run abroad begging for their passport, people built those nation, and they will never respect you because they know your nation is not great. So many nations we were supposed to have access to Visa free are milking us dry because of our bad traits and bad political class. 25 Likes 7 Shares |

Divide the contraption and watch a renaissance from the various sections who are serious about development. The internal hatred and bad blood is a major cause of the problem. 3 Likes |

Patriotsleague:Certainly not true. Tough times await whatever nations emerge from Nigeria's carcass but there's more hope for them than for the useless and hopeless Nigeria. I'm glad you're gradually coming to the realisation most of us have seen for long. Our aims and objectives are not thesame and can never align. Why waste further time staying together? It's just common sense. I'm proudly Biafran and will miss certain aspects of the interactions I have with others in Nigeria. However, I'll never trade the bright future that awaits me and my descendants in Biafra for the hopelessness and bitterness that is so surplus in Nigeria and her future. Lastly, there is nothing like Nigerians in the real sense of it. Awolowo was right on that one and he was speaking 'prophetically' there. Nigerians will only be created the day injustice to anyone from any corner of Nigeria irrespective of ethnic group or religion or political alignment will be seen as an injustice to all. Since we all know that isn't achievable, then we can all call it quit. I have always said that revolution as was achieved in other First world countries in their historical journey to nationhood was impossible in Nigeria, I knew exactly what i was saying. Look very well and you will agree with me. 2 Likes |

Patriotsleague:I'll forgive your naivety, insolence and putrid buccal cavity. Next time I won't be so generous. Nigeria is not an entity but a contraption and there are no Nigerians. You'll continue to cry as long as you hold the belief of a non-existent Nigerians who will continue to prove that they don't love Nigeria by embezzling and making terrible choices for Nigeria. Killings of genocidal nature and proportions will continue while the pauperization of the populace will be taken to higher level. Enjoy your poverty capital of the world and keep a bottle nearby to collect your tears. It might come up handy some day. 3 Likes |

Even if this nation can be divided along north and south, things will improve a bit. The northern Muslims just want to be left with their islamic belief and culture. And the south is more liberal. That way everyone can grow according to their own ideology. 1 Like 1 Share |

Many Nigerians are so deluded it is painful. A friend called me earlier today saying he was delighted that Naira was gaining ground against the dollar. He said he hoped Naira could come down to 400 or 450. I shook my head in silence as I listened. So, I asked him, what have you produced personally today that Nigeria can export to Colombia, Norway, South Korea etc to earn dollars for Nigeria so that Naira can rise in value. He went quiet...and then said, 'it's true sha.' You produce nothing. Your mates in India, South Korea, even Kenya are creating high value software they sell to other countries. Yet, you are all over social media lamenting about dollar rate, you criticise every effort the govt is taking to rebalance the economy, yet you say you wish dollar can exchange for N400. How? Just by hoping? Many of them are super deluded, unthinking, highly corrupt, and unwise. 1 Like |
