(1) For the two weeks, eat only between 11:00 am in the morning to 4:00 pm in the evening.
(2) Eat vegetable each day not less than 1/2 bucket of small paint rubber. Let your meals be small, but your vegetables so much. Let vegetables satisfy you than food. If you can eat almost a paint bucket of vegetables, better.
(3) Do not take milk or yoghurts at all for the three weeks.
(4) Drink semi-hot water for the two weeks. between warm and hot.
(5) Let your meal have much onions too. Get so much kpomo to replace red meat or any meat. You can eat fish.
(6) Let all your meals be cooked than fried. Avoid fried meals for the two weeks.
(7) Do rigorous exercises every day that will make you sweat so much. Do sit up...Do things and activities that will make you sweat so much. Disturb your body, but sleep well.

(9) Eat so much fruits, but less acidic or no acidic fruits before 4pm. Any acidic fruit should be in the morning or before 1pm.
