Job Title: Admin Officer (Entry Level)

Summary
We are Dimasin Effect Signage and Printing, a leading name in crafting impactful signs tailored to meet unique needs of a wide variety of industries. We are seeking a self-motivated and highly effective individual for the position of ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER.

Responsibilities
 Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and managing petty cash.
 Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and documents
 Manage incoming calls, emails and other correspondence
 Assist in writing of meeting minutes and updating staff work schedule
 Order and maintain office supplies, inventory and equipment
 Preparation of reports, presentations and other documentations as needed
 Collaboration with team members on projects and tasks

Requirements
 OND/HND/BSc in Arts, Humanities, Education or Administration
 Strong analytical mind, self-motivated, good written and spoken English
 Basic understanding of computers; Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
 Understanding of simple book keeping/petty cashbook
 Experience as office assistant, administrator or similar position is an advantage
 Experience with social media is an added advantage.
 Proximity to Ogba/Agege area would be highly favoured.
 Female preferred for role
