Your rep pushes the bill (project) to added into the budget,after the budget has been Approved by the senate and signed by the president,the ministry of works is left to carry out the project.

If you live in Enugu state you will know that nobody remembers the existence of that road. Gburugburu constructed another road from Nsukka to uzo uwani which we now use to link Onitsha. North and South south suffer more for that road
