Unless your father is Dangote or Wike the average Nigerian cannot afford the tuition of most of the courses there. So this is a silly list.

Studying medicine in the UK is pointless when the country imports doctors from developing countries to fill up spaces. The money spent to study medicine is not commensurate with the earnings after medical school. It is a reason many young Brits are either not studying medicine in the UK or, after their studies, move to the US or Australia to work and earn higher salaries. Alternatively, they move to Eastern Europe where fees are low and medical programs have pretty high standards.

The current model makes sense for Nigeria: study in Nigeria and move to the UK to work.

Rich people not related to Dangote and Wike or any of the politicians still exist well in Nigeria despite the hustle and hardship.
