What kind of phone? What network SIM?

The sim must be an old SIM. Go for simcard upgrade

Samsung note 8 is my phone. I put the sim card in someone phone but its browsing well.

Allow that phone to breathe and see how fast it will be flying. Free your storage space, clear your cache, browsing history, caches. Or kuku format or reset or restore factory settings the whole phone after backing up your files somewhere.
