Please i have noticed that my eyes are sunk in the socket. This is because of not getting enough sleep. This has also affected my appearance badly and also my self esteem. Please house any solution to solve this problem is welcome.

Once you know the problem, you have the solution (the worst use of time is to do very well what needs not be done at all). IF IT IS CAUSED BY LACK OF SLEEP, then start getting 7 hours of sleep a night, and after many months it should sort itself out. Be sure to drink lots of water too while you're at it, and check that your hormone levels are up and normal. |

FRANELCLINIC: But I done all of this. Mind you these issue started as far back as 2014 when I use to read at night because I preparing for my SSCE, since then I have been struggling with with it. Please can you recommend any CREAM or DRUGS for it. Thanks... |
