Our self esteem can have been messed up from when we were younger due to our circumstances or via our parents, family members, guardians, teachers and friends.

With the help of self introspection, some are able to deduce why they feel inferior to others and how it affects them.

You would know when your self esteem is bad by how you respond to those who are better than you because they will trigger your jealousy 💯 and you will get angry around them or when good things happen to them.

You will also try to put people down when you have self esteem issues. You accuse them of telling lies because you only know how to bring people down and try to break their confidence.

If you find yourself telling lies about people and trying to spoll their image, then you have self esteem issues.

Very true! That's why we need more therapists and psychologists to help people figure themselves out faster and earlier.

The core issue is do people place value on relationships life avails them. Cause if people are not careful about the value their relationships could and would afford them, on the lobger term, they will react less negatively they would have walked away from..

Once i noticethe slightest of envy, negative vibe, competition, i just take the other way and avoid wahala

Many adults even into their 40-50s have not realized that they were formed wrongly in their childhood and teens
