V.I.O has been disturbing me because I repainted my car number plate.

They asked me to apply for renewal, N25k.

Is this right?

Thy are criminals. Plate number has a metal bitmap. Not like you just change the number.

Frsc is just money generating commission because their relevance and usefulness is just trash. You hardly see them controlling traffic or educating motorists. You only see them where they are booking offense
