Got these coins on my Blockchain app since 2021. Until recently August this year I needed to sell it off that was when I noticed I can’t withdraw from Account, I was only able to withdraw the one I had on Defi Wallet.

I tried uploading my ID but it’s not getting verified I only get error trying to do that.

Mailed blockchain several times but I only got response theyll look into it but still nothing has been done since August.

Found out many people has this kind of issues on there social handles and even accusing them of stealing there money.

Does anyone here have this kind of problem and later got it solved please quote me and see how you get it done.

This is what I get anytime I tried to verify

Lost more than half of what I put on there but idc make I just remove what I have left

I even connected it to Trust wallet but I’m having empty balance on it there

Yes I’m on the account and I was able to withdraw my eth on the Defi Wallet part. I have Bitcoin in the Account part and that’s the one I’m unable to withdraw

What type of regulatory ID did you uploaded for verification? What are the message you're getting when about to withdraw? Are you withdrawing from app or phone?

Never got allowed to upload any form of ID. This is always what pop up whenever I click to choose the form of ID I want to upload

I am trying hard to understand what the problem is. Are you saying that you cannot send out the money from your wallet?

I have been using blockchain for ages and each time I tried to verify, my documents were always declined. Regardless, I can still receive coins in my wallet and also send out whenever I choose to.

Why not get an external wallet and 'send' the btc to that wallet? I think you are being denied because you are using the 'withdrawal' option.

Blockchain has made verification hard for people because they don't want many people to enjoy the benefits that comes with a verified account.

I was able to withdraw out what I have on Defi wallet, but I got restricted from withdrawing from account wallet. All clicks here requires me to verify my account but I don’t understand what you mean by getting an external Wallet

Are you on a mobile browser or PC? I've never used the app, always the web and it works without Issues. My account is non KYC'd and I can still make transfers out of it
