Nigerian banks have been synonymous with frustrating clients most of the time particularly when it has to do with issues regarding payment. Would you blame them? It is because clients have not made use of the legal option by suing their ass out.

A typical example is Polaris bank that has frustrated customers even with their funds. The Lagos State Government uses this bank to pay salaries of workers. However, as we speak, the money of the workers is in the Polaris bank but these workers have not been paid for close to 5 days despite the fact that the Government has paid into the account of this bank.

To what end can the shenanigans of this bank continue? Worse still, is their app, which malfunctions at every given time, rendering one hopeless at times? If these workers had the opportunity to choose a bank of their choice, they would have long done so.

I call on Polaris bank to maintain ethical standards in running the banking system in an efficient manner to the benefit of all; else, they can call it a day like the old Skye bank.

Who else has this challenges that frustrates one like the Polaris Bank situation?
