June 2023, Redmi 12c was delivered to me by Jumia. When the cost of it was finalized, the excitement of getting a cheap, good phone in 2023 was surreal.
I tweaked it to have split screen, and months later an OTA update to Android 13 miui14.

A new update just came to my notification that 12c will be getting the hyper OS

In the HyperOS Global Rollout Schedule announced, there were certain devices. Today, an unexpected development happened and Redmi 12C is starting to receive the stable HyperOS update. We can say that this is really impressive.As of December 27, 2023, the changelog of Redmi 12C HyperOS update released for the Global region is provided by Xiaomi.
