Happy New Year to all Nairalanders out there!

I honestly and sincerely need help on this, how can I build my patience level?

As a Youngman in my thirties, I have observed I lack patience in things and it affects me, even though God's Grace and God's Mercy cover me thereby making me not to notice the effect much but I want to work on it so as to improve my human relationship, in particular towards my customers and my woman because I want to widen my business scope and also will be becoming someone's husband soon, so I don't want any stumbling block in the form of impatient.

From my business i.e how I treat my customers who are disrespectful/problematic(some customers will always be like that) to my personal relationship with my woman, my workers and people around me.

Please, husbands and businessmen in the house, how do you do that, how do you handle it?

I will take any form of criticism because this issue follow for my new year resolutions.

I am ready to work on it but I need guide and advice on how to do it.
