Chaos ensued this morning along the bustling Lagos-Badagry Expressway as a group of defiant okada (motorcycle) riders, boldly flouting traffic regulations, abruptly abandoned their motorcycles and passengers upon sighting the convoy of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Eyewitnesses reported that the unruly riders, who were maneuvering one way in reckless disregard for traffic laws, hastily dismounted from their bikes and scattered into nearby alleys as the governor's convoy approached. The daring act prompted swift action from the security detail accompanying the governor.

Among the apprehended offenders was an individual who identified himself as a lance corporal in the Nigerian Army. Governor Sanwo-Olu's security personnel detained the alleged soldier, along with his motorcycle, raising concerns about the audacity of uniformed personnel participating in illegal activities.

That lady with a yellow bag is going to be late for her appointment. The governor should have offered her lift.
