A friend and his family applied for international passports at the Immigration office in Minna, on 6th November 2023. Capturing was done same day, and the passports came out this week. I couldn't not believe it when I saw that old passport booklets we're given to them. Besides the new security features on the new passport including NIN are missing. The officer who assisted them said the new passports are only available in few states. The passports expire in JAN 2029.
