Duties and expectations:
- Responsible for managing records and customer service.
- Initiate, organize and schedule appointments.
- Good knowledge of graphic design tools, social media, and wordpress.
- Initiate publicity and social media campaigns.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Passionate about work, and ability to learn easily.
- Ability to troubleshoot and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- A university or a college degree with at least two years working experience will be an advantage.

- Previous work in an NGO or task oriented environment.
- Previous publishing or graphic design experience.
- Ability to work independently and represent the organization at meetings.
