3. Write from the above two topics without outside sources.
4. Identify what you are comparing and contrasting and the points that you comparing / contrasting about them.


DON'TS

1. Have a question as your thesis statement.
2. Use first or second person.
3. Make a judgement about which topic is better.
4. Announce intentions "This essay will discuss..." or "I am going to talk about..."
