A voice beside me said, 'Think of your body as a car. This vehicle has traveled 8 million miles, and there's nothing more we can fix. It's time to bid farewell to your body.' The voice instructed me, 'Okay, it's time to move on.'" Following this, Hernandez describes a descent into a black hole, where he experienced flying and witnessed mesmerizing cities, breathtaking forests, and wild herds of animals in motion. In this celestial realm, he was assured that he would be able to see his children and, most significantly, he was reunited with his father. \"When I met my father on the other side, I realized that sometimes we may be unable to express certain things here, but elsewhere, we can. |

His encounter shouldn't be dismissed as mere belief; he's certain about the existence of a supernatural being. While some may see it as evidence of God, it doesn't align with the conventional, localized, nepotistic, and malevolent God of the bible. Atheists reject the biblical Deity, often referred to as God, whose true name is Hashem. The entity the dying man experienced isn't the commercialized Christian God, and if it were Jehovah, according to belief, the Atheist would be destined for Hell. |

This story is a load of bollocks. It's not a challenge to disbelief, it's a confirmation of bias. Hernandez was not an avowed atheist, he was a doubting theist. Dude was already thinking about god before he stopped breathing, and he made a bargain with him. He was not open to logical explanations, just looking for emotional comfort. His near-death experience was not a glimpse of heaven, it was a hallucination of his brain. There is plenty of scientific evidence that shows that near-death experiences are caused by physiological and psychological factors, we have lack of oxygen, stress, drugs, etc. They are not reliable or consistent sources of knowledge, they are subjective and distorted interpretations of reality. The encounter with the shadow and the voice was not a divine intervention, it was a projection of his own subconscious. He saw and heard what he wanted to see and hear, not what was actually there. What he did was he created a fantasy that suited his needs and desires, not a truth that reflected the facts. He was not reunited with his father, he was imagining a conversation that he never had. When i see christians who now claim to be atheist, i shake my head. As someone who was a blasphemous atheist for many years before turning to Jesus, i can tell you that Jesus is real. The demons of atheism are very clever and crafty. They would feed your brain with lies and convice you to turn away and against God. You would see someone that had once vowed to follow God, fighting and blaspheming Him and encouraging others to do same. I have had encounters with demons when i tried to get back to GOD. Not halucinations, but real physical and spiritual encounters. The moment i made a decision to find GOD again, this spirits started hunting, appearing to me, harassing and tormenting me. But GOD helped me. The hatred atheist have against GOD is from a demon that has gotten a hold of their mind. The only way to deal with this demon is prayers. Jackanda1:You're not making any sense. How do you know that your personal experience is not just a product of your imagination, your emotions, or your brain chemistry? How do you know that you're not the one who's been deceived by your own biases, your own fears, or your own desires? How can you talk about the demons of atheism, when atheism is not a belief, but a lack of belief? How can you distinguish between hallucinations and real physical and spiritual encounters, when you have no objective criteria or methods to verify them? How can you trust your own perception, when it is prone to error and illusion? How can you explain the hatred that atheists have against god, when they don't even believe that he exists? How can you attribute their disbelief to a demon, when you have no way of detecting or identifying such a being? How can you suggest that the only way to deal with this demon is prayers, when you have no guarantee that anyone is listening or answering them? How can you expect anyone to walk into a Bible believing church and ask for prayers, when you have not given them any good reason to do so? How can you assume that Jesus would deliver, forgive, and save them, when you have not shown that he has the power or the authority to do so? You need to think more critically. 1 Like |

You see, there are some activities/knowledge/ideologies that have been integrated into our mind. As time went on, they became so part of us to the extent of moving into our subconscious mind. This is the same as after death experience. Many people have heard that when you die, you are supposed to meet your maker. Whether you believe it or not, that knowledge is already stationed in the subconscious mind. Now when you die, your brain being a very powerful mechanism will detect that this user (you) is dead. Then your brain will search it's database for any relevant information relating to being dead. Okay! Think about it, which information do you think your brain will pick from the database? Def. it's the God/heaven/devil/hell thing that you've heard. So, your brain will create a mental picture of that in your brain. Ask everyone who's got this after death experience . They always have a different experience as to one another. Do we even need to talk about this? |

FRANCISTOWN: There's nothing valid in Google to support your conjecture about NDE. .If you disagree,, I challenge you to produce from Google just one valid scientific research done in the past that fully support your description about what happens in the human brain at death. How is it even possible for the brain of a dead person to still function the way you described it? Please go back to reread what you explained about the human brain and honestly ask yourself if it makes any sense from a scientific point of view. When a person is clinically dead, the human brain is flatline and not capable of producing the vivid imageries associated with NDE. This is what scientists who are currently investigating the phenomenon are making us to understand. If you're still insisting on what you explained about the phenomenon, then I'm afraid you're still anchoring on outdated information in the sciences that are based on speculatory theories by scientists who never had access to modern brain scanners to observe directly what actually goes in the brain of those having the experience . |

While I think there's something in IFA which is the Yoruba religion because of its accuracy of the world description which is all about light and matter 💤 , and also the innovative creative enlightenment/Idea present in it however, it needs to be interpreted right (especially the ebo sacrifice/animal sacrifices) while the innovative creative ideas should also be focused on to bring such innovation into technical realities. I said, based on what has been observed by scientists , the human brain is flatline during that period and so not capable of producing such vivid imageries associated with the phenomenon. Flatline doesn't mean no more activity, but not enough to create the experience. Instead of disputing what I already explained with facts and evidence, you're casting innuendos everywhere. 1. Once again, I never said the brain is no more "functioning" but has gone flatline. Please use Google to help you understand what that means as it concerns NDE. 2. The brain creating movies in the head is not the same activity as the brain helping you to store information so you remember it later. You don't have any evidence the former can happen during that period You just assume and made a logical leap that since the later is possible then, the former is also possible.
