1. Office Flat file: Do not go with Office File that is not Flat Open that is the one that has a pocket like enclosure.

Your Application Type determines the Colour of the Flat Open File you will go with;

For Fresh Application - Get a white File
For Renewal - Get a Brown File
For Loss/Replacement - Get a Deep Green File.

This 100 Naira flat files is sold for 500 Naira at Alimosho Passport Office.

If you can not get these files to buy, just get a thick coloured Cardboards which is sold for 120 to 200 Naira depending on your locationn and cut neatly into 2 halves.
That is what that is being sold for 500 Naira by the Gate of NIS Alimosho Passport Office.
You do not need the middle rope or perforation.

Just thick half Coloured Cardboard or you get the flat open file if you can find.
