JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To assist the radiologist, deliver angiographic procedures, CT, and MR Studies.
2. To oversee, coordinate and supervise the work output of the radiography team, plus general service standards and output of the department, including managing work rota, job assignment and scheduling, attendance reports, team reimbursement processes, report management etc.
3. Collaborate with an integrated management system/network of physicians, support staff, and other health care professionals to deliver agreed and expected standards of patient care and confidentiality in accordance with company policy.
4. Actively participate in regular clinical meetings, plus coordinate the training and welfare of junior colleagues, and associated healthcare professionals in the radiology department.
5. Firm involvement in safety management, quality control and governance, KPI measurement and reporting, regulatory compliance and reporting, risk management, and audits - this will include the development and maintenance of appropriate systems and practices to ensure continued safe practices.
6. Oversee and recommend machines, equipment and supplies required to carry out radiology services, plus ensure the efficient use of these resources for the delivery of the department's services.
7. Liaise with the procurement department to coordinate and control inventories and purchases of supplies for the department.

QUALIFICATIONS
✓ Must possess a B.SC or higher qualification in Radiography and must be duly registered and licensed to practice in Nigeria.
✓ Candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience post qualification, with minimum of 3 years' experience working in a standard hospital or diagnostic facility, where collaborative patient management with diverse consultants and specialists - in both emergency and elective procedures - is practiced.
✓ Candidate must be able to utilize a range of modalities including but not limited to the MRI and CT Scan
