When she was woken at 3am because he was thirsty and had to drink

She felt like crying. she sometimes even considered sending him back to the Dreamland with such brutality. Alas, she lacked the powers.

So she got up, because pikin wey say him mamma no go sleep, him sef no go sleep and she desperately needed him for him to go back to sleep.

When she something looses her cool because those babies wouldn't just listen.

When her anxiety peaks because she has to decide on what to cook.

When the house she just tidied a moment ago is now a mess.

When all she needed was a leave but all she got was an overtime .

When the guilt consumes her, even when she felt like a failure.

Guess who showed up?

You did mamma!

You swallowed all the negatives you felt and showed up.

So when you feel like you've not given enough, remember, only those who SHOWED UP are counted as "ENOUGH"

You are ENOUGH mamma !
